My daughter is finishing up her bachelor's degree, heading to vet school, and is an intern with an equine vet. All the other books she needed for the semester were rented, however at the advice of the vet she works with, she bought this one. It had a lot of handy info, and although she just needs it for her surgical class this year, it's already evident that this book will come in handy as a reference manual throughout her vet school career! Highly recommend for anyone involved in animal medicine!If you find this review helpful, please don't forget to click the 'helpful' button below!Although it would've been nice to receive this item at a discount, we paid FULL price ;)
Bought this as an in clinic reference and have so far found that it either doesn't have a good variety of surgeries done in general practice. There are many surgeries described that are blatantly referral procedures and others that should be in there that are commonly done in general practice but aren't.
