About the Author
The Third Plenary Council of Baltimore was an American assembly held in the nineteenth century. This is a quick read of but an hour or two; it is not a deep read as is St, Thomas Acquinas or Thomas Merton, It is simply a profession of faith; of what we believe as Catholics and with sufficient explanation to lead to long hours of meditation or discussion. It is written at a child's level but really requires an adult's understanding.
